Philanthropy

The BMES Philanthropy Committee works to build a bridge between the BME community and the local Atlanta community by:

-Reaching out and coordinating events with local hospitals
-Fundraising for local Atlanta charities (ex. Cloverleaf School of Atlanta)
-Educating others about biomedical engineering and cultivating a passion for engineering at an early age
-Donating time and food to the homeless in the nearby Atlanta community
-Hosting blood drives for the Red Cross

If you would like to help coordinate and plan these events feel free to join the committee!
